Atas permintaan best friend En Amri..saya mem"baking" RVC sekali lagi. This time RVC saya dah tak jadi CVC (Chocolate Valvet Cake) lagi. Awal-awal lagi saya dah beli red coloring. But warna merahnya tak la menyala sangat sebab saya tak berani letak banyak pewarna.
Still using the old recipe for both cake and cream cheese frosting. The texture, still moist macam valvet. Bagi saya if teksture RVC tak moist macam baldu, then that cake should not be called as Red Valvet Cake. But depends pada orang. Ada setengah yang suka RVC ni jadi macam sponge cake.
